Jeff Shrock

Jeff Shrock was named Assistant Director of Region 2B by UAW President Rory L. Gamble in September 2020.

Assistant Director Shrock has experience in contract negotiations, grievance handling, arbitration, UAW appeals as well as UAW local and national member servicing and administration.

Shrock was hired at Chrysler Transmission Plant in Kokomo, IN, in May 1993. During that time, he held elected positions as Chief Steward, Committeeman, and President of Local 685 in Kokomo. 

In February 2009, Shrock was appointed by Former UAW President Ron Gettelfinger to the International Staff and assigned to Region 3 from 2009 - 2011 under Director Mo Davison.

Shrock was assigned to Region 2B under Director Ken Lotz in 2011 and assisted with the smooth merger of Region 2B and Region 3.

 In October 2014, Shrock joined the UAW FCA Department where he served as Coordinator and Assistant Director of the department during national negotiations.

 In 2018, Assistant Director Shrock was promoted to the UAW Presidents’ office as Top Administrative Assistant, where he served under President Rory L Gamble overseeing many UAW Departments including Appeals and assisted in national negotiations.

 Shrock is a member of the Macomb County (MI) Democratic Party; a former member of the Howard County (IN) Democratic Party and has been a member of CBTU, NAACP and APRI while in the UAW FCA Department. Shrock coached youth baseball for many years in Kokomo and served as president of the youth baseball league. 

Shrock and his wife, Tina, have three children and two grandchildren.
