Bargaining Announcement: DAY 1 NON ECONOMICS

Brothers and Sisters of Local 2317, 

Today is Monday, April 27th and we have begun negotiations here at Fairfield/Allison Off-Highway, and we are doing things differently this time around. We have invited our International UAW Department of Bargaining Strategies to support us in these negotiations. 

This means we will have access to many new tools we have never had in our tool bag before. In our bargaining survey, we heard our Members Demands loud and clear. We need to finally fix all the issues the company has failed to address for many years.

We have passed our non-economics to start the day and will pass on more info as we go along in this process. Let’s stand together and win a fair contract.
