Brothers and Sisters,

The Union has made its second Economics proposal and given it to the company today. We are standing our ground on the topics that are most important to our membership:

401k Improvements

Wage Increases

Profit Sharing / COLA

Improved Healthcare Benefits

Steelworkers Pension Contribution Improvements

We are having our rally this Thursday, May 21st from 4-6pm & strike vote from 4-8pm. Second shift members will be excused from work to come down to the hall and get the information they need in order to vote for the strike authorization. 

Also, make sure to inform your manager before leaving the plant on Thursday.
