Members and Retirees of UAW Local 863 are eligible to rent the hall at discounted rates.

• Family Rate*       $400         (4 Hour Rental Sun-Sat)
• Discount Rate*   $700         (4 Hour Rental Sun-Sat) 
• Regular Rate       $700         (4 Hour Rental Sun-Thur) 
                              $1,500       (4 Hour Rental Fri-Sat)

* Family Rate applies when a member or retiree of UAW Local 863 rents the hall for an event for a member of their immediate family (those covered by bereavement in UAW Ford Agreement).

* Discount rate applies when a member or retiree of UAW Local 863 rents the hall for any reason not covered by Family Rate. It also includes UAW members from other locals for themselves and those family members covered by bereavement.

The hall seats 385 people with tables and chairs.

The hall seats 825 people with chairs only.
