Prescription Safety Glasses
Employees are Eligible For:
• A complete pair of prescription safety glasses every 24 months
• New lenses with a new prescription every 12 months
• One pair of Plano ( nonprescription ) safety glasses every 12 months OR
• One pair of Plano ( nonprescription ) transition safety glasses every 12 months.
General safety footwear guidelines
• You must be a GE Aviation Evendale Employee or a Cincinnati area employee, working at a GE site that participates in Evendale Safety Shoe Program
• If your shoes are 18 months or older, or you are a new hire, go directly to Boot Country, Footworks or Red Wing to purchase shoes.
• If it has been less than 18 months since your last shoe purchase, please use this workflow to submit a request for new safety shoe purchase approval.
