Greetings:
In accordance with Article IV, of the UAW Ohio State CAP & PAC By-laws, the 17th Constitutional Convention is being called at the following time and place:

CREDENTIALS
Both Delegate and Fraternal Delegate Credentials are enclosed. Please note on the Credentials which copy should be retained by the delegate and which is to be brought to the Convention. The white and/or yellow copy should be completed and mailed to Region 2-B, UAW; 1691 Woodlands Dr.; Maumee, OH; 43537 – no later than September 27, 2018, otherwise they should be taken to the Convention. Additional credentials may be obtained by submitting a request to this office.
HOUSING
A block of rooms is being held at the Double Tree Suites and reservations can be made online at http://doubletree.hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/C/CMHSBDT-UAW-20181009/index.jhtml or by calling 1-614-228-4600. The block of rooms will be held until September 17, 2018. The group name is UAW. After this date any rooms not reserved in the block will be available for public sale on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are urged to make your room reservation as soon as possible. Hotel arrangements will be the direct responsibility of each delegate. The negotiated nightly room rate is $119.00 plus tax standard single suite. Parking is $20.00 per night.
REGISTRATION
A registration fee of $80.00 will be charged to help defray the cost of meals, meeting rooms and materials. Registration of Convention delegates will take place Thursday morning, October 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
