UAW Bargaining Boot Camp

The UAW Education Department will hold its Bargaining Boot Camp on May 4-9, 2025. The conference will be held at the Walter and May Reuther UAW Family Education Center in Onaway, Michigan. This conference will provide intense training for local union bargainers to sharpen their skills both at and away from the table. We will place emphasis not only on technique, but also on how to take a strategic organizing approach to bargaining strong contracts. Relevant training to fit the various sectors represented by the UAW will be provided.
